Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overall TA strategies, hiring plans, and forecasts based on business needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise recruiting team members, ensuring consistent practices and high performance.
• Recruitment Management: Oversee the end-to-end process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding, for all roles, especially senior or hard-to-fill positions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and HR to align hiring goals with business objectives.
• Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent, potentially managing employee referral programs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for all candidates from first contact to onboarding.
• Metrics & Reporting: Use data (KPIs) to analyze hiring bottlenecks, report on recruitment effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance recruiting methods, technology (like ATS), and efficiency.
