Job summary

Adani Group is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional to oversee multiple hospitality assets in India. You will coordinate with operators, drive operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to brand standards to deliver guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPI such as occupancy, RevPAR and EBITDA, managing procurement and vendor contracts, and coordinating renovations with design teams. Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable.
• 10-13 years experience in Hospitality Operations Management.
• Expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, and brand standards.
• Financial Acumen: manage P&L, optimize revenues, control costs.
• Asset & Portfolio Management experience.
• Contract & Vendor Management experience.
• Procurement & Sourcing knowledge for specialized equipment.
• Project & Design Coordination for renovations and new projects.
• Data Analysis & Reporting with KPI tracking.
