Job summary

Adani Group seeks an experienced Hospitality Operations leader to monitor and optimize financial performance across a portfolio of hospitality assets. The role drives operational efficiency, ensures brand standards and guest satisfaction, and coordinates with operators to manage hotel operations and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets.
• 10-13 years experience in Hospitality Operations Management.
• Expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, and brand standards.
• Financial acumen: manage P&L, optimize revenues, control costs, improve asset profitability.
• Asset & Portfolio Management experience managing multiple hospitality assets.
• Contract & Vendor Management; knowledge of negotiating and monitoring contracts.
• Procurement & Sourcing knowledge for specialized equipment and materials.
• Project & Design Coordination: oversee renovations and design projects for operational feasibility.
• Data Analysis & Reporting; Compliance & QA ensure adherence to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guestsatisfaction.
• Monitor hotel operations in coordination with operators.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction scores.
• Strategic Alignment & Value Creation: support Head; identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement; collaborate with operators and internal teams to implement value-creation initiatives.
• Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services; review, negotiate, and manage vendor and service contracts.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and brand standards.
• Design & Operational Coordination: coordinate with design team on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects; ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
• Support operators in implementing operational improvements and compliance measures.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management.
