Job summary

Adani Realty seeks an experienced Lead - Asset Management to oversee the group’s hospitality assets, drive value creation, and align operations with the strategic vision. You will supervise day-to-day hotel operations and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Key duties include monitoring financial performance, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating with designers and operators, and delivering regular performance reports to the Head Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management & Operational Oversight: Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets; drive operational efficiency while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction; oversee hotel operations with operators; track KPIs (occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA).
• Strategic Alignment & Value Creation: Develop strategies aligned with group vision; identify revenue growth and cost-optimization opportunities; manage procurement and contracts; coordinate with operators and internal teams for value initiatives.
• Design & Operational Coordination: Coordinate with design teams on renovations and new projects; ensure feasibility and brand alignment; support operators with improvements and compliance measures.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare financial, operational, and performance reports; liaise with teams, operators, and vendors; provide insights for strategic decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Job description

The Lead- Asset Management will be responsible for managing the group's hospitality assets to ensure optimal financial performance (Finance Controller/ CA/ Hotel Asset Management), operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization's strategic vision. The role will drive value creation across owned assets, oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, manage procurement and contracts, and coordinate design and operational initiatives with operators and internal teams.

Responsibilities-

1. Asset Management & Operational Oversight

• Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor hotel operations in coordination with operators.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction scores.

2. Strategic Alignment & Value Creation

• Support the Head - Asset management in developing strategies aligned with the group's vision.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement.
• Collaborate with operators and internal teams to implement value-creation initiatives.
• Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services.
• Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and service contracts.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and brand standards.

4. Design & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with design teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects.
• Ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
• Support operators in implementing operational improvements and compliance measures.

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance reports for the Head Asset Management.
• Liaise with internal teams, operators, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable.
