Job summary

Everest Technical Services is seeking an experienced BIM Architect/ CAD Technician to drive design documentation across multiple phases of varied building projects. You will convert concepts into detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinate with other disciplines, and manage BIM workflows within CDEs.

The role requires 1–7 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, and exposure to UK or Middle East projects.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Preferably with experience in UK or Middle East projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Twinmotion, 3Dsmax, Photoshop, Scan to BIM.

Responsibilities

• Working through all phases of the project including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Permit Drawings, and Construction Administration.
• Reviewing the design and specifications for various building types across different sectors.
• Translating design concepts into fully developed technical drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Coordinating effectively with other disciplines within the organization.
• Preparing design drawings and models covering all aspects of architectural elements.
• Demonstrating proficiency in BIM project management with excellent working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Having experience with large commercial and residential projects.
• Showing strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Possessing thorough knowledge of architectural design principles and engineering techniques.
• Having familiarity with US building codes, which will be considered a distinct advantage.
