Role Description

The Assistant Architect will support project teams in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating documentation for ongoing projects. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves assisting in architectural planning, producing 2D and 3D design presentations, and preparing working drawings under the guidance of senior architects. The role includes collaborating with consultants, vendors, and contractors, helping track project progress, and contributing to design detailing and material selection. The Assistant Architect will participate in site visits, verify design implementation, and support project management activities such as scheduling, documentation, and client communication. The position offers hands-on experience across design development, coordination, and execution in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts, plans, and design details.
• Working knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools as they apply to architectural workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM, visualization, and coordination software).
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including timelines, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic rendering software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or ongoing licensure process is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and spatial design skills, with attention to detail and buildability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and site teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and conduct regular site visits as required for project coordination and quality checks.
