We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support resource management, project governance, compliance tracking, financial monitoring, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective resource allocation, maintaining governance reports, driving timesheet compliance, supporting financial tracking, and enabling seamless coordination between delivery teams, finance, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Resource Management Manage and track open resource requirements and coordinate with recruitment/resource management teams for timely fulfillment. Monitor position closure status and maintain resource demand trackers. Process and track resource allocation and allocation extension requests. Maintain accurate resource allocation records in organizational systems. Support resource upgrades, rotations, and deployment planning across projects.

Share Background Verification (BGV) reports with clients as required. Governance & Reporting Prepare and publish Daily Status Reports (DSR) for project and account stakeholders. Prepare and publish Weekly/Monthly Status Reports (WSR/MSR). Support monthly Cluster Governance reviews by collecting, validating, and presenting account metrics. Prepare Account Management (AM) presentations and governance decks. Ensure timely and accurate submission of project governance reports to CPMO and leadership teams.

Maintain project dashboards and management reports. Compliance Management Track monthly timesheet compliance across project resources. Follow up with teams to ensure 100% timesheet submission and approval compliance. Publish compliance reports and escalation dashboards. Coordinate with project managers and delivery leads for compliance closure. Financial Tracking Maintain Gross Margin (GM) tracking files in coordination with Finance teams. Monitor project financial metrics and support monthly reporting.
