ETP International in Mumbai is seeking a PMO professional to support Product Development and Customer Project Technical Development teams. You will oversee governance, capacity visibility, project tracking and MIS reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in PMO or similar, strong Jira and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to convert operational data into actionable management insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist the HOD on key initiatives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in PMO, project coordination or a similar role in software/SaaS product development.
• Good understanding of software development and project delivery processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and MS Excel / Google Sheets; dashboards and reporting tools are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resources and onboarding, KPI data, reporting structures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS covering projects, resources, utilization and KPIs.
• Provide data-driven insights on capacity, productivity and project status.
• Prepare dashboards and follow up on management decisions.
• Support project planning, resource forecasting, and effort tracking.
• Maintain capacity calendars, demand forecasts and resource gaps.
• Administer Jira, ensure data hygiene and dashboards.
• Ensure timesheet compliance and analyse planned vs actual effort.
• Track project milestones, risks and actions items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data and dependencies.
• Support HOD with management analysis and special initiatives.

Job Description PMO

Job Profile

We are looking for an PMO professional to support the Product Development and Customer Project Technical Development teams. The role will be responsible for operational governance, resource and capacity visibility, project tracking, MIS reporting and providing data-driven insights to management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resource Management: Manage onboarding coordination, resource allocation, KPI data, reporting structures and resource information.
• R&D MIS & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly MIS covering projects, resources, utilization, productivity and key KPIs.
• Management Insights & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights on resource utilization, capacity, productivity, project status and operational trends.
• R&D Operational Reviews: Prepare review dashboards/decks, maintain action items and follow up on management decisions.
• Tech Services PMO: Support project planning, resource forecasting, billable utilization and project effort tracking.
• Capacity & Demand Management: Maintain capacity calendars, resource plans, demand forecasts and identify resource gaps.
• Jira Administration & Governance: Jira administration, data hygiene, dashboards and process compliance.
• Timesheet & Effort Management: Ensure timesheet compliance, track effort and analyse planned vs. actual effort.
• Project & Initiative Tracking: Track project/initiative status, milestones, dependencies, risks and action items.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Tech Services and other teams for operational data and dependencies.
• Special PMO Support: Support the HOD on management analysis, special initiatives and other R&D / Technical Services activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, business operations or a similar role, preferably in a software/SaaS product development environment.
• Good understanding of software development and project delivery processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and MS Excel / Google Sheets/Google sites; experience with dashboards and reporting tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to convert operational data into meaningful management insights.

Good understanding of resource planning, capacity management, utilization and project tracking.

Strong follow-up, coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare management-level MIS and review dashboards.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of operational data.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet reporting timelines.
