Position: Indian Lawyer

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $30–$60/hour (based on experience & domain expertise)

Location: Remote

Duration: 2–3 weeks initially (with potential extension)

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (flexible, asynchronous)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents from Indian sources as per project guidelines.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of compiled materials.
Follow structured documentation workflows to meet defined quality standards.
Verify all sources, ensuring data authenticity and compliance.
Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal practice.
Strong familiarity with Indian legal and regulatory documents.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle short timelines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
