You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, handle data protection and vendor risk under Indian DPDP Act, and build scalable legal processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Indian-qualified lawyer with an LLB and State Bar Council enrollment.
• 2–3 years' experience in commercial contracts or corporate law.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Reliable with deadlines and clear communication.
• AI-native and able to use legal tech tools.

360Labs is among Asia's fastest growing AI companies. We help clients across government, defence, healthcare, fintech and beyond deploy AI privately and safely. We are looking for a sharp, dependable lawyer to run the day-to-day legal work and become the person everything legal flows through.

What You'll Do

• Commercial contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate the agreements that keep the business moving: MSAs, statements of work, NDAs, consultant and vendor agreements, and office space and leasing contracts. Run first-pass reviews of counterparty paper and give the CLO a clear summary of the risks before anything is signed.
• Employment documentation. Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment agreements, consultant agreements, IP assignment and confidentiality terms, so every person who joins us is properly documented from day one.
• ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Do the hands-on work behind our audits. Draft and update policies, collect and organise evidence, map controls, chase internal owners for what's outstanding, and coordinate with auditors so deadlines are met without last-minute scrambles.
• Data protection and vendor risk. Review vendor terms, data processing agreements and sub-processor arrangements. Help us stay aligned with India's DPDP Act and answer customer security and privacy questionnaires accurately.
• Contract management. Keep a clean, up-to-date record of every agreement we sign: renewal dates, notice periods, key obligations and executed copies. Nothing should expire or auto-renew without us knowing.
• Corporate compliance. Support board resolutions, ROC filings and statutory registers alongside our CS and CA, and make sure our filings are done correctly and on time.
• Build legal processes. Turn repeat work into templates, playbooks, fallback positions and checklists, and use AI tools to make each one faster. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how Legal works as the company grows.

About You

• You are an Indian-qualified lawyer with an LLB from a recognised law school, enrolled with a State Bar Council, and around 2–3 years of experience in commercial contracts or corporate law at a law firm, in-house team or startup.
• You have meticulous attention to detail. You catch the inconsistent defined term, the missing liability cap and the clause that doesn't match the SOW, and you check your work before it leaves your desk.
• You are completely reliable. If something is due at a certain time, it is done by then, or you keep the team informed of any delays well before the deadline. We need to be able to trust you fully.
• You are AI-native. You already use legal tech tools in your work, you know how to get good output from them, and you never send anything you haven't verified yourself.
• You write clearly. You can take a dense contract and turn it into something a founder or engineer can read in two minutes and act on.
• You are happy working with autonomy. You figure out what "good" looks like when there's no precedent to copy, and you're confident asking for help when you need it.

We especially want to hear from you if you have

• Exposure to ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks, and an understanding of how they show up in customer contracts.
• Experience with technology, SaaS or IT services contracts, particularly around IP ownership, data, liability and SLAs.
• Experience drafting or reviewing AI-related provisions, such as model use, training data, output ownership and client data restrictions.
• Familiarity with Indian startup compliance or experience working in a founder-led team.
