Job summary

Assort 1 Corp Services is seeking an IT support technician to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software for laptops, desktops, and peripherals across multiple store locations. You will also support POS machines, networking gear, and checkout hardware.

The role involves logging and resolving IT tickets, carrying out preventive maintenance, asset inventories, and coordinating warranty claims with vendors. Field travel across regional stores is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and diagnostics.
• Basic networking and LAN connectivity knowledge.
