Job summary

Manning Consulting in India is seeking an Italian Language Specialist at C1 level to support customer communications in Italian and English across calls, emails, and chat. You will translate and interpret documents, respond professionally, and ensure quality and timely resolution of queries.

The role requires strong grammar knowledge, cultural awareness, and a customer-service mindset, with excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Italian / Italian Studies / Foreign Languages.
• C1 level Italian proficiency is mandatory.
• Valid C1 Italian language certificate from a recognized institute is required.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Italian grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
