Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to design and execute landscape concepts for residential and commercial real‑estate developments. The role involves conceptualization, planning, coordination, and execution of aesthetically appealing, sustainable, and functional outdoor spaces aligned with project requirements and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings
• Prepare planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation layouts, and lighting concepts
• Ensure designs align with project theme, architectural vision, and customer experience
• Integrate sustainable practices such as water conservation, native planting, and green design

Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural, and project execution teams
• Liaise with external landscape consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Participate in design review and coordination meetings

Execution & Site Support

• Oversee landscape implementation at site to ensure adherence to design intent
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews
• Resolve site challenges related to design, materials, and plantation

Vendor & Material Management

• Identify and finalize plant species, materials, and landscape elements
• Coordinate procurement of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and outdoor fixtures
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality standards

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental norms, and project specifications
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and tender documents for landscape works
• Maintain proper documentation and drawings

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Landscape Architecture

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in landscape design and execution
• Experience in real estate / township / high‑rise residential projects preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design tools
