The role focuses on design documentation, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality landscape solutions from concept through execution, with emphasis on sustainable practices and compliance with local bylaws and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design.
• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of planting design, levels, grading, and drainage concepts.
• Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs from concept through detailed design stages using Revit.
• Prepare 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, grading plans, and details.
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams.
• Produce BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings.
• Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices.
• Ensure drawings comply with local bylaws, codes, and client requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations.
• Support site coordination and respond to execution-stage queries.
• Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards.
