Job summary

Naiknavare Developers is seeking a landscape CAD draughtsman to support concept through detailed design development. You will prepare precise landscape drawings from inputs by landscape architects and develop planting, hardscape, grading and irrigation layouts.

You will contribute to GFC, tender and municipal submission drawings, revise based on comments, and coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Landscape teams to ensure compliant, constructible drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape CAD drafting and detailing per project requirements.
• Proficiency in creating planting, hardscape, grading and irrigation layouts.
• Ability to produce GFC, tender and submission drawings.
• Knowledge of CAD standards, layering, plotting and revision history.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concept to detailed landscape drawings including CAD drafting.
• Prepare landscape CAD drawings from inputs by Landscape Architects.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of concept, schematic, design development, and detailed landscape drawings.
• Prepare accurate landscape CAD drawings based on design inputs from Landscape Architects.
• Draft planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, irrigation layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Prepare Good for Construction (GFC), tender, and municipal submission drawings.
• Revise drawings as per comments received from architects, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate CAD drawings with Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed construction details, schedules, and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Maintain drawing standards, layering, file management, and revision history as per company procedures.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable drafting standards and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Strong knowledge of landscape drafting standards, detailing, and construction drawings.
• Ability to prepare planting layouts, hardscape layouts, grading plans, irrigation layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Good understanding of architectural and landscape construction drawings.
• Experience in preparing GFC (Good for Construction), tender, and submission drawings.
• Knowledge of layer management, plotting, sheet setup, and CAD standards.
• Ability to coordinate drawings with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Landscape teams.
