Role Description

The Landscape Architect will be responsible for developing concept designs, detailed drawings, and planting plans for a variety of residential, commercial, and public projects. Day-to-day activities include site analysis, preparation of landscape layouts, coordination with architects and consultants, and participation in client meetings and presentations. The role involves producing CAD drawings, 3D visuals, and design documentation, as well as supporting project execution through site visits and collaboration with contractors. The position requires attention to sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics while ensuring design intent is maintained from concept through completion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, buildable plans.


• Experience in Landscaping and Landscape Planning, including site analysis, grading, circulation, and outdoor amenity planning.


• Proficiency in developing Planting Plans, with knowledge of plant species, local climate conditions, and maintenance requirements.


• Ability to use design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or aarchitect with experience in Landscape architecture.


• Strong visualization, graphic communication, and presentation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.


• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and interact with clients and vendors.


• Understanding of sustainable design principles, environmental considerations, and applicable local regulations and standards.
