Job summary

Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Land Surveyor to support field surveys and land assessments across the Saurashtra region in Gujarat for renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering or Geomatics, and practical skills with AutoCAD, Total Station, DGPS, GIS, and mapping software. Willingness to travel and work in field-intensive environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in land surveying or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with land measurement practices and revenue maps in Gujarat.
• Ability to read cadastral maps and interpret land records.
• Willingness to work in field-intensive roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical land surveys using standard surveying tools and equipment.
• Verify land boundaries, access roads, and site feasibility conditions.
• Support land identification teams with topographical inputs and site suitability insights.
• Coordinate with local revenue officials for land map verification and records.
• Perform GPS mapping, geo-tagging, and survey reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of coordinates, measurements, and site features.
• Identify risks such as encroachments, right-of-way issues, or access challenges.
• Support preparation of land data for project planning and approvals.
• Travel extensively across project locations in the Saurashtra region.
• Prepare and interpret AutoCAD drawings where required.

Land Surveyor - Saurashtra Region (Gujarat)

At Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., we are enabling large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects across India. As we continue expanding our renewable energy development activities in Gujarat, we are looking for a Land Surveyor who can support technical land assessment and survey operations across the Saurashtra region.
