Job summary

Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Land Manager for the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. The role focuses on on-site land aggregation, negotiations with landowners and stakeholders, and ensuring land readiness for renewable energy projects across India.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of experience in land acquisition or project development, familiarity with Gujarat land records, and strong negotiation skills. Travel across the Saurashtra region is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land parcels for solar, wind, or hybrid projects in the Saurashtra region.
• Lead land aggregation, including negotiations with landowners, brokers and community stakeholders.
• Perform due diligence such as title verification, land classification, and encumbrance checks.
• Coordinate with legal teams for leases, sale deeds, and land documentation.
• Maintain relationships with Mamlatdar offices, revenue officials, and district administration.
• Support land conversion processes and regulatory approvals.
• Visit sites and maintain records of parcels and negotiations.
• Assist project teams to ensure land readiness for execution.
• Monitor regional policy changes and land market developments.

As we expand our footprint in Gujarat, we are looking for a Land Manager who can lead on-ground land aggregation and stakeholder management in the Saurashtra region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels for solar, wind, or hybrid renewable energy projects across the Saurashtra region
• Lead land aggregation activities including negotiations with landowners, brokers, and community stakeholders
• Conduct preliminary due diligence including title verification, land classification, and encumbrance checks
• Coordinate with legal teams for lease agreements, sale deeds, and land documentation
• Maintain relationships with local government authorities such as Mamlatdar offices, revenue officials, and district administration
• Facilitate land conversion processes and support regulatory approvals
• Conduct site visits and maintain records of land parcels and negotiations
• Support project teams in ensuring land readiness for project execution
• Monitor regional policy changes and land market developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in land acquisition or project development
• Strong familiarity with land records and revenue processes in Gujarat

• Ability to travel extensively across the Saurashtra region
