Job summary

Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Land Surveyor to support our clean energy project developments in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh. The role involves field surveys, GPS mapping, AutoCAD data interpretation, and collaboration with land records authorities.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of surveying experience, a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Geomatics, and proficiency with surveying tools and cadastral maps. Will travel across project sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in land surveying or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of land measurement systems and MP revenue maps
• Ability to read cadastral maps and interpret land records
• Comfortable working in field-intensive roles

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical land surveys using standard surveying tools and equipment
• Verify land boundaries, access roads, and site feasibility conditions
• Provide topographical inputs to support land identification teams
• Coordinate with local revenue authorities for khasra maps and land records verification
• Perform GPS mapping and geo-tagging of project sites
• Prepare survey reports with coordinates and land measurements
• Identify risks such as encroachments, ROW issues, and access challenges
• Maintain structured survey documentation for project planning
• Travel extensively across project locations in the Malwa region
• Work on AutoCAD drawings and survey data interpretation

Role: Land Surveyor
Location: Malwa Region, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
