Job summary

Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its renewable energy projects across India, seeking a Legal Manager to ensure robust due diligence, compliant land transactions, and regulatory alignment for Gujarat-based developments.

The role focuses on land laws, contract drafting, and coordination with external counsel to support complex project execution and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• 4–8 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy legal roles.
• Strong understanding of land laws and registration processes in Gujarat.
• Experience drafting commercial agreements and legal notices.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence of land parcels including title verification and encumbrance checks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, sale agreements, MoUs, POAs, and development agreements.
• Coordinate with external advocates, lawyers, and consultants.
• Support land acquisition teams in structuring legally compliant transactions.
• Handle company agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Monitor regulatory compliance related to land and renewable energy projects.
• Support dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation.
• Maintain legal documentation repositories and contract tracking systems.
• Liaise with government departments for registrations and legal compliances.

At Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., we are developing large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects across India. As we expand our development activities in Gujarat, we are looking for a Legal Manager who can ensure strong legal due diligence, compliant land transactions, and effective regulatory management for projects in the Saurashtra region.

If you have strong experience in land laws, infrastructure contracts, and regulatory compliance, this is an opportunity to work at the core of renewable energy project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence of land parcels including title verification and encumbrance checks
