Job summary

ENGIE India is seeking a senior Land Acquisition Manager for solar and wind projects in Gujarat. The role focuses on identifying land parcels, conducting due diligence, and securing leases, permits, and rights across multiple states.

You will lead aggregators, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance through the project lifecycle. You should have 10+ years in renewable energy land acquisition, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven negotiation and communication skills to

• Minimum 10 years of experience in land acquisition within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of land laws, connectivity regulations, and acquisition frameworks in Gujarat.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end land acquisition for solar, wind, or other renewable energy projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely internal reporting and secure approvals for payments to aggregators and landowners
