Job summary

Casagrand is seeking a land acquisition specialist in Bengaluru to identify viable land parcels and manage end-to-end land procurement. The role requires deep knowledge of Karnataka land laws, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build networks with landowners and mediators.

The candidate should understand RTC, Mutation, EC, Khata, DC Conversion and title documents, with a track record in the Bangalore real estate market.

Qualifications

• Strong Land Acquisition / Land Procurement experience.
• Excellent landowner and mediator network.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Karnataka land laws and documentation.
• Understanding of RTC, Mutation, EC, Khata, DC Conversion and Title Documents.
• Strong knowledge of Bangalore/Karnataka real estate market.
• Ability to identify commercially viable land parcels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and financial feasibility understanding.
• Ability to independently manage land acquisition transactions.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Kannada communication skills are highly preferred.
