Consulting Engineers Group (CEG) is seeking a seasoned Land Acquisition Manager to coordinate with government authorities, landowners and officials for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will manage the end-to-end land acquisition process including identification, verification, documentation, negotiations, compensation and possession handover.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in land acquisition for Railway/Highway or similar projects and should have prior liaisoning/land acquisition
Coordinate with government authorities, landowners, revenue officials, local administration, and other stakeholders.
Handle the complete land acquisition process, including land identification, verification, documentation, negotiations, compensation, and possession/handover.
Coordinate with legal, engineering, survey, and project teams for land records, title verification, surveys, RoW, and possession.
Maintain accurate records and prepare MIS/progress reports on land acquisition status, pending cases, compensation, and possession.
Minimum 7 years of experience out of 5 years of experience in handling land acquisition for Railway, Highway, or other large infrastructure projects.
Prior experience working as a Liaisoning/Land Acquisition Manager with a Construction/BOT agency is highly preferred.
Strong experience in coordinating with Government departments, Revenue authorities, local administration, and landowners.
Good knowledge of land records, land acquisition procedures, RoW, compensation, mutation, title verification, and related documentation.
