Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility

• Execute end-to-end land acquisition processes, including identification, negotiation, compensation, and possession of land.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Forest, Mining, and District Administration officials for statutory clearances and approvals.
• Drive timely acquisition of land and obtain forest diversion approvals to meet project and operational timelines.
• Track key milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to expedite approvals and land availability.
• Resolve land-related disputes, compensation concerns, and forest clearance issues through effective coordination, negotiation, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with applicable land acquisition, forest, environmental, and government regulations.
