ERVP Company in India seeks a Sector Expert (Land acquisition) to oversee land coordination for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with land and revenue laws and managing statutory liaison with authorities.

Qualified candidates have a graduate degree (LLB preferred) and 12 years of experience, including 4 years in Railway/Highway land acquisition or equivalent managerial roles; deep knowledge of relevant laws is mandatory and the interview will be conducted.

Selected Employee Day-To-Day Responsibilities Include:

Job Title : Sector Expert (Land acquisition)

Experience Required : 12 years' experience with 4 years in Railway/Highway Land Acquisition OR 3 years as Manager & above in Railway PSU OR 3 years as Gazetted Officer (Revenue/Land Acquisition).

Qualification : Graduate Degree (LLB Preferred)

Minimum Experience and Qualifications required-
Graduate Degree & preferably, LLB from a recognised institute
Length of experience:12 years

Relevant Experience: At least 4 year Experience of handling Railway / Highway project as liaison manager undertaking land acquisition for Construction BOT Agency

OR At least 3 years in Manager and above experience in Railway PSU under taking Construction project with land acquisition

OR At least 3 years experience in State Govt Administration/ revenue Department as Gazetted Officer handling & enabling land acquisition for infrastructure projects.

In-depth knowledge of Land acquisition laws and revenue laws is mandatory and interview before finalisation will be taken.
