Role Description

The Laminator Operator role at Aroma Solar Energy is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhumakot. The individual in this role will operate and monitor lamination machinery used in solar module production, ensuring proper setup, temperature, pressure, and cycle times according to established standards. Daily tasks include loading and arranging materials, checking lamination quality, performing routine equipment checks, and reporting any issues or defects. The Laminator Operator will follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output and quality targets. This role may also involve basic troubleshooting, documenting production data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery, preferably lamination or related equipment in a production environment.
• Basic technical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to understand machine settings, follow work instructions, and perform routine checks.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation, with the ability to inspect laminated modules and identify defects or process deviations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow all safety guidelines, including use of PPE and safe handling of materials.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors and colleagues on production targets and issues.
• Previous experience in solar module manufacturing or electronics assembly is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or technical fields is a plus.
