Job summary

Adani Group in Mundra, Gujarat, seeks a seasoned Maintenance Lead to support the greenfield solar PV cell & module plant setup and ongoing production control. You will drive preventive maintenance, raise equipment uptime, and ensure safety and quality standards across the plant.

Requires 15–20 years in large manufacturing environments, with expertise in PLC/Robotics/Drives, automation, and strong team leadership. Project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include Ph.D., M.Tech, B.E. or B.Tech.
• Experience of 15-20 years in manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of solar PV manufacturing is a plus.

Job description

Purpose/Objective

• To provide complete support in setting up the greenfield Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant.
• The incumbent shall also be responsible for various process developmental activities, in addition to shift-wise process control and monitoring, pertaining to development and improvement of cell efficiency and product quality

Key Responsibilities of Role

• - Ensure safe work practices towards Zero Accident culture.
• - Achieve performance parameters as per approved budget.
• - Improve equipment uptime.
• - Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems.
• - Conduct breakdown analysis and implement countermeasures.
• - Achieve production targets.
• - Achieve cost and budget targets for Cell Maintenance through: - Parts failure reduction - In-house repairing of parts - Localization and alternate source development - Local development of consumable parts - Coordinate with all departments as per management requirements.
• - Ensure proper training in line with TNI and develop a robust team structure.
• - Handover production-ready systems to production teams

Technical Competencies
