Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Lead to head a team responsible for the upkeep of solar panel manufacturing equipment. You will plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for stringers, framing, and lamination lines, while driving uptime and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to minimize downtime, supervise spare parts procurement, and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in maintenance of industrial machinery, with a focus on solar panel manufacturing equipment.
• Proven expertise in the maintenance and troubleshooting of stringer, framing, and lamination machines used in PV module production.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CMMS software and digital maintenance tracking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams, manage work orders, and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift rotations, as required by production demands.
