The candidate will lead incident resolution, perform RCA, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining comprehensive network diagrams and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and incidents.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
• Configure Versa SD-WAN controllers and edge devices.
• Manage VLANs, VXLAN, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS).
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and participate in architecture reviews.
• Prepare network diagrams and SOPs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Engineer to join our Network Operations and Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cisco ACI, Versa SD-WAN, enterprise Routing & Switching, and network troubleshooting. The role requires providing Level 3 support, designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructures while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Support

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and critical incidents.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex network issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
• Lead major incident resolution and problem management activities.
• Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
• Manage ACI Fabric, Tenant configurations, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, and L3Outs.
• Perform firmware upgrades and maintenance activities within ACI environments.

Versa SD-WAN Management

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Manage Controllers, Director, Analytics, and Edge devices.
• Implement application-aware routing, segmentation, and security policies.
• Support WAN optimization and network transformation initiatives.

Routing & Switching

• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network technologies.
• Manage enterprise routing protocols including:
• BGP
• OSPF
• EIGRP
• IS-IS (preferred)
• Configure and support switching technologies:
• VLANs
• STP/RSTP/MST
• EtherChannel/LACP
• VPC
• HSRP/VRRP
• VXLAN (preferred)
• Perform network capacity planning and optimization.

Network Security & Compliance

• Work closely with security teams to implement network security controls.
• Support access control, segmentation, and secure network designs.
• Ensure adherence to organizational and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation.
• Participate in architecture reviews and network design discussions.
• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (Preferred)
