Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer with strong Java development to support mission-critical banking applications. You will handle production support, incident management, RCA, and hands-on Java work.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL on Unix/Linux, collaborating with DevOps, Infra, and business teams, including on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Application/Production Support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17.
• Spring Boot and Microservices.
• REST APIs.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Unix/Linux troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Incident Management and RCA.
• Debugging and troubleshooting Java applications.
• Good understanding of OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Design Patterns.

Responsibilities
