Job summary

Alignhub Global is seeking an experienced AV/IT Support Engineer to provide real-time support for meetings, events, and video conferences at client sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure systems are up-to-date and well-presented.

You will coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams, document incidents, and manage inventory while working on-site and flexible hours as needed. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, Kannada is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electronics, Electrical, IT or related discipline.
• 12 years of hands-on experience in AV/IT support for enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
• Strong troubleshooting in audiovisual systems, conferencing platforms and basic networking.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication; Kannada adds advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide realtime support for meetings, events and video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, network integration and connectivity.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance checks and system testing on AV equipment.
• Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and advanced support.
• Maintain documentation of AV systems, schematics, patching information and incident logs
• Ensure all AV systems are uptodate, clean, wellconfigured and presentable.
• Manage inventory of AV assets and consumables at the client site.
• Work onsite at client premises and support events or maintenance activities during flexible/extended hours when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of handson experience in AV support / IT support, preferably working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in audiovisual systems, conferencing platforms and basic networking.
• Good communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days a week or alternate Saturdays, and comfortable in fastpaced onsite environments.
• Proactive, customeroriented and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
