Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Network Administrator L3 to manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure. The role covers routing, switching, WAN, VPN, security, and network monitoring to ensure high availability.

You will troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors, and lead operational activities while maintaining security and performance across Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience for B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT)/M.Sc (CS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years for M.E./M.Tech role.
• Relevant networking certifications listed above.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, WAN circuits, and wireless networks.
• Administer and support IP-based network environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).
• Manage VLANs, STP, and L2/L3 switching.
• Support MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN environments.
• Monitor network performance and availability using NMS and monitoring tools.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes via ITIL/Service Desk processes.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors for issue resolution and escalations.
• Manage WAN technologies including leased lines, Ethernet circuits, and internet connectivity.
• Support and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and RF-based networks.
• Participate in DDoS detection, analysis, and mitigation.
• Generate operational and utilization reports.
• Support Windows and Linux servers from networking perspective.
• Lead and coordinate team activities to meet SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices.
