Job summary

CitiusTech in India is hiring for an L2/L3 Application Support Engineer to join a team supporting mission-critical enterprise applications across Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore. The role requires 2–6 years of experience in production support, with a focus on SLA adherence and rapid incident resolution.

You will troubleshoot SQL, Linux, and application issues, analyze logs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor health, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in application/support or production support.
• Experience with enterprise applications in production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production and application support while meeting SLA adherence.
• Troubleshoot SQL database, Linux server, and application issues.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Monitor health and performance to ensure high availability.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change activities.
• Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.
