Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring/critical issues.
• Analyze application logs, API failures, and database-level errors.
• Work closely with application and backend development teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate fixes with dev teams, validate resolutions, and support production releases.
• Follow incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Use basic Python for scripting and data analysis support.
• Maintain documentation of issues, RCAs, and resolution steps.
