Job summary

Finacle L2 Support Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai requires hands-on Finacle 10.x support experience, incident management, and strong debugging skills. You will support core banking modules, CRM, deposits, loans, and payment systems.

You will analyse logs, perform SQL data extracts, publish status reports, and participate in shift-based production support to ensure service stability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Finacle 10.x applications to bank IT teams and end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, product, data, and customization-related issues within SLAs.
• Support CRM, CASA (SB/CA), CC, OD, Loan Advances, and other core banking modules.
• Analyse recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to improve system stability.
• Perform backend log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Support EOD/BOD operations, batch processing, and production support.
• Handle NEFT, RTGS, and payment-related transaction issues.
• Generate reports and business data using SQL.
• Monitor Finacle services, interfaces, and delivery channels, including ATM/FI logs.
• Publish daily ticket status reports and EOD/BOD checklists to stakeholders.
• Support minor customisations and enhancement requests.
• Participate in shift-based support operations.

We are looking for a Finacle L2 Support Engineer with strong experience in Finacle application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Finacle 10.x applications to bank IT teams and end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, product, data, and customisation-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Support CRM, CASA (SB/CA), CC, OD, Loan Advances, and other core banking modules.
• Analyse recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to improve system stability.
• Perform backend log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Support EOD/BOD operations, batch processing, financial year-end activities, and production support.
• Handle NEFT, RTGS, and payment-related transaction issues.
• Generate reports and business data using SQL.
