Job summary

D-Tech Solution integrators private Limited in Dahej seeks a field IT technician to provide on-site or remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT facilities and services for clients.

Objective

The objective of the role is to assist clients with hardware and software issues. They should provide on-site or remote technical assistance including all IT-related issues.

Job Description

• He must keep himself available at the customer site as per the requirements and support for uninterrupted IT facilities and services
• Addressing user requests and following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• He must have Basic experience on the below IT systems – L2 L1 switch configuration, Router configuration, P2P device configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Hardware, Network and Software related issues reported by users.
• He must have Basic understanding knowledge of Server and Firewall.
• He must balance and match with site-specific customer rules and guidelines along with D-Tech policies.
• He should be able to manage client end meetings independently

Competency / Skills

• Hands‑on technical expertise to manage issues at the client site.

Qualification
