The L3 Support Engineer provides advanced technical support to VIP and business users, handling complex incidents, escalations, and critical service requests. The role ensures high service quality, rapid resolution, and secure handling of executive-level systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience and configuration management of firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto).
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience and configuration and management of Cisco Catalyst and Nexus series switches.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience and configuration and management of Cisco WLAN controllers.
• Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPSec VPN technologies, DMVPN, FLEXVPN (hands on if known will be a good to have).
• In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of networking concepts: OSI, TCP, DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP, ICMP, UDP, SNMP.
• Responsible for handling the entire network of a major client.
