Teceze in Hyderabad invites fresh graduates to start their IT career as L1 Service Desk Executives, supporting a US-based client with rotational shifts. You will handle Level 1 IT support and troubleshoot basic technical issues, working to resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and connectivity problems while assisting users with password resets and account access.

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
• UG/PG in CS/IT or related fields.
• Willing to work rotational shifts in Hyderabad.

• Good verbal and written English communication.
