Job summary

Teceze in Hyderabad seeks fresher or early-career professionals to join its Service Desk. You will provide L1 IT support through calls, emails, and tickets, troubleshoot basic issues, assist with login/password, log and escalate incidents, and ensure SLA compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
