Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting seeks an experienced engineer to design and optimize LTE/NR PHY algorithms in a Delhi-based role. You will lead L1 teams and work closely with RF, software, and hardware subsystems.

The candidate brings 2–8 years of relevant experience, strong C/C++ and MATLAB skills, and practical exposure to embedded systems and fronthaul interfaces. This role emphasizes delivery excellence and scalable L1 development.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in LTE/NR PHY domains.
• Strong expertise in PHY algorithms, DSP, RF and antennas.
• Experience with fronthaul and L1 acceleration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LTE/NR PHY algorithms and procedures.
• Review and mentor high-performance L1 teams for delivery excellence.
• Optimize L1 for latency, throughput, and CPU/DSP/GPU/FPGA utilization.
• Interface with Radio/RF, L2, and fronthaul subsystems.
• Debug PHY issues using logs, IQ capture, and lab equipment.
• Drive large-scale 4G/5G L1 product development and sustenance.
