Job summary

Morphogenesis in India is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development specialist to help shape our capability-building programs across the firm. You will partner with business leaders to prioritize market-focused learning initiatives and deliver high-quality development experiences for practitioners.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in a multinational learning function, strong English communication, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while advancing innovative learning strategies

• End-to-end management of learning calendar and deliveries.

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and align curriculum to objectives.
• Recommend delivery mechanisms and instructional design strategies based on outcomes.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders and monitor programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue team goals and internal eminence.

As a specialist,you will play a keen role in building the firm for the future. Your mature andproductive working relationships with our business leaders, will helpprioritize the development of market focused capabilities. Your work willcontribute to the overall goal of developing key capabilities and help deliverhigh quality development experiences for our practitioners across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and talentdevelopment advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and developmentstrategies to achieve business goals.
  
• End-to-end management of learningcalendar and deliveries
  
• Manage periodic learningactivities i.e., MIS, impact analysis, communications, budgeting, etc.
  
• Conduct needs assessments andprioritization exercise with business stakeholders, determine gaps incurriculum/programs, advise on fulfillment efforts, ensure qualitydelivery against the objectives aligned with business.
  
• Recommend appropriate deliverymechanisms (e.g., classroom, e-Learning, virtual classroom, performancesupport, blended learning) and leading-edge instructional designstrategies based on defined learning outcome.
  
• Provideadvisory support to stakeholders.
  
• Provide input to programmonitoring and reporting.
  
• Collaborate and coordinate withvarious internal teams in pursuit of team goals and for internal eminence

Qualifications
