Job summary

indiumsoft is seeking an L2.5 Support Engineer for our Investment Management Platform in Hyderabad. The role requires 5+ years of experience in production support within MSP or financial services environments and deep knowledge of market data systems and trading support operations.

You will handle data flows, API integrations, and live trade support, using Python, PL/SQL, and Kubernetes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to SDLC are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in Investment Management / Capital Markets (mandatory).
• Experience in L2.5 production support within MSP or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of market data systems and trading support operations.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and API management.
• Exposure to Python, PL/SQL, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, SDLC processes, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2.5 production support in MSP or Investment Management/Financial Services environments.
• Troubleshoot and support investment systems, market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters), and portfolio analytics platforms.
• Act as a rapid-response resource for live trade execution environments ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence.
• Support integrations with Aladdin, SimCorp, Calypso, FactSet, or similar IM platforms.
• Monitor and manage system-to-system data flows and API integrations.
• Work with Python/PLSQL scripting and Kubernetes for operational support activities.
• Collaborate with development and support teams following SDLC processes.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations.
