With the Global Risk and Market Data remit continuing to grow across international branches, we are now scaling the team further and hiring an L2/L3 Support Engineer to support their New York office.
As an L2/L3 Production Support Engineer, you will be supporting the bank’s market data platform and its integration with downstream trading systems. You will act as a key operational owner, providing high-quality support during NY hours, driving incidents through to resolution, and implementing small technical changes to support evolving regulatory and business priorities.
