You will design Kronos integrations, work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and data mappings, and collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

Qualifications

Proficient in Kronos/UKG WFM applications and configurations.
Experience integrating Kronos with other systems via APIs.
Strong REST and SOAP web services knowledge.
Experience with XML, JSON and flat-file data formats.
Proficient in SQL and data querying.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
Design and develop Kronos integrations with other systems.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces and data mappings.
Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
Perform testing, data validation, and support deployments.
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
