Job summary

People Tech Group Inc. is seeking a Kronos Functional Consultant in Hyderabad with 3+ years of experience to lead Kronos implementations, upgrades, and production support. You will work on end-to-end HR processes, including time capture and payroll, leveraging Kronos WC and WFD modules.

You will create robust documentation (FDD, TDD, PDD, AID) and coordinate with stakeholders while solving clock device issues and ensuring seamless attendance and scheduling workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Kronos as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes including hiring, time capture and payroll.
• Proficiency with Kronos Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions is required.
• Extensive Kronos experience with timekeeping, accruals, scheduling and attendance.
• Hands-on experience with In-touch clocks and clock device issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement Kronos solutions on projects, upgrades and production support.
• Document requirements, create FDDs, TDDs, PDDs and AIDs as needed.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and work independently while collaborating.

Job Description:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kronos as a Functional Consultant, working on implementation projects, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, encompassing hiring, time capture, and payroll.
• Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Central & Workforce Dimensions is required.
• Extensive experience in Kronos Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions, with expertise in modules such as timekeeping, Global time Off, Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices, Display profiles, Leave-Setup, and Attendance.
• Hands-on experience with In-touch clocks and adept at resolving issues related to clock devices.
• Excellent documentation skills, including requirement analysis, business requirement data, Functional Design Document (FDD), Technical Design Document (TDD), Process Design Documents (PDDs), and Activity Implementation Documents (AIDs).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating
