Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking per menu requirements.
• Prep ingredients: chop, marinate, portion.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely.
• Packaging & Order Fulfilment; pack meals neatly and accurately.
• Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch.
• Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance; clean and sanitize workstations.
• Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage).
• Support inventory checks and organize stock.
