• Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen for service.
• Support the kitchen staff in maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Help with basic cooking tasks as directed by the head chef.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide support during peak hours and special events.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the kitchen team.
