The ideal candidate must have experience in North and South Indian cooking, ensuring consistency in taste and quality. Responsibilities include managing kitchen hygiene, coordinating with the team, and controlling inventory. This position offers a salary range of ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 plus staff meals and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a home-style cook/chef, preferably in cloud kitchen or tiffin service.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Experience in tiffin services or cloud kitchens is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, home-style meals (veg & non-veg) daily.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Plan daily menus based on customer preferences.
• Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage.
