Job summary

apna.co is hiring Kitchen Staff for a high-volume cloud kitchen operation in Bengaluru. You will prepare and cook ingredients, package orders, and ensure quality and presentation before dispatch.

Role requires basic knowledge of food safety standards, the ability to multitask, and a team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: chop, marinate, portion per menu; operate grills, fryers, ovens safely.
• Packaging & Order Fulfilment: pack meals neatly, maintain temperature and presentation, verify orders before dispatch.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance: clean and sanitize workstations; follow FIFO, labeling and storage; assist with stock checks.
