Awign Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is looking for energetic Kitchen Staff to join our high-volume cloud kitchen team. This full-time role focuses on food preparation, packaging, and maintaining strict hygiene standards.

You will prepare ingredients, handle packaging, monitor temperature, and help with stock checks while following standard recipes and safety guidelines. This position offers growth in a fast-growing food-tech environment.

Formación

• Prior kitchen experience (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements
  • Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely
• Packaging & Order Fulfilment
  • Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch
  • Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners
• Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance
  • Clean and sanitize workstations regularly
  • Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage)
  • Support inventory checks and organize stock

Requirements
